Pele is owned and trained by Cathy Gott

of Arlington TX.  She was one of 2 puppies

born to Holly, who was my Windwalker

daughter.

Pele is named after the Hawaiian legend

Madame Pele, the volcano goddess.

Aslegend states Madame Pele lives in the

craters of the Big Island's Kilauea

Volcano, sending ribbons of firey lava down

the mountainside and adding new land to

the island.
  
Pele the Papillon has climbed over many

agility a-frames, a symbol of her volcano

namesake. Pele's first MACH agility

eruption occurred on 2.13.04 ( Friday the

13th ). This was followed by her MACH II

eruption on 7-15.04 at the Reliant Park

Series of Dog shows in Houston, TX.

She ranked 11th for 2006 AKC top dog report for MACH Papillons in

agility and is currently 6th for lifetime achievement in the AKC top dog

report for MACH Papillons in agility.  Not bad for a small town girl from

Dickinson, Texas !

Cathy Gott wants to thank Nancy Ferverda for allowing Pele to enter her

life , her heart and her soul. Nancy had initially named Pele Faith, and

with love, hard work and faith Pele is soaring high in agility ... and life.

She has almost now complete her MACH 6 as of 4.25.07.

Thank you Cathy for all the hard work and dedication it takes to get a

dog to this level, I can only take credit for breeding a structurally sound

animal that has heart and drive to allow her to hang in and compete for

this long of time period, under the conditions it takes to achive a

MACH 6. You Cathy, did all the work !!!
